These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all orders placed on our website as well as the relationship between Lidya Suisse Sàrl and its customers.

2. Products

We offer food products and alcoholic beverages in compliance with Swiss law.
Images on the website are non-contractual; minor differences may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.
Lidya Suisse Sàrl reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the prices applied are those in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any confirmed order constitutes full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
Lidya Suisse Sàrl reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or payment issues.

5. Payment

Payments are made via the secure methods available on the website.
No order is shipped without payment validation.

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout Switzerland.
Delivery times are estimated. Lidya Suisse Sàrl cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

For hygiene and food safety reasons, food products and alcoholic beverages cannot be returned.
In the event of an error on our part (missing product, wrong product, damaged product), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD).
The information collected is used solely for order management purposes.

9. Liability

Lidya Suisse Sàrl shall not be held responsible for improper use of the products sold or in cases of force majeure.

10. Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.
