These artisanal black olives (size 351-380) are produced using a traditional village method called “Sele.” They are naturally fermented in small batches in baskets with a very small amount of natural rock salt from Çankırı, renowned for its purity.

This natural fermentation process gives the olives a thin skin and slightly wrinkled texture, characteristic of authentic “Sele” olives. The flavor is intense, natural, and well-balanced while remaining lightly salted, allowing you to fully enjoy the authentic taste of black olives.
