Novavera Early Harvest Trilye Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Novavera Trilye (Gemlik) Early Harvest extra virgin olive oil is produced from carefully hand-picked Trilye olives grown at over 600 meters altitude in our Manisa Salihli olive groves. The olives are harvested intact and cold pressed to preserve all their aromatic and nutritional qualities.

High-altitude cultivation and challenging growing conditions naturally increase the polyphenol content of the olives, compounds recognized for their antioxidant properties. In this region, our Trilye olives retain the unique characteristics of the variety while developing a distinctive aromatic profile influenced by the terroir.

Novavera Trilye olive oil has received international recognition in numerous competitions, winning awards such as “Best in Country” and “Best in Competition,” praised by expert tasters worldwide. It features a balanced fruitiness with perfectly harmonized bitterness and peppery notes.

For the 2024–2025 harvest, the maximum free acidity of our Trilye olive oil is 0.3%, ensuring a very high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Cold Pressing

Novavera’s specialized machinery controls temperature at six stages throughout the process, from olive to oil. Olive paste is kept below 22°C, ensuring true cold pressing.

This method preserves natural compounds and polyphenols, maximizing the oil’s quality and health benefits.
