Our early harvest cold press extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives grown in our groves in Üvecik village, Geyikli (Çanakkale, Turkey).
Harvested between September and October while still unripe, the olives are pressed immediately to preserve their natural qualities. This results in low acidity (≤ 0.6%) and a high level of polyphenols, known for their antioxidant properties.
